Chef B. Michael Patrick fell in love with culinary arts growing up in Cleveland, Ohio. Upon moving to Memphis he began learning a new style of cooking, the Southern way. Mixing his fascination of flavors Chef Michael created a variety of Southern classic dishes with his own flare.
